The School of Mathematical Sciences (SMS) at the Rochester Institute of Technology invites applications for one or more non-tenure track full-time Lecturer, and one or more non-tenure track Visiting Lecturer, faculty positions starting in August 2023. Lecturers and Visiting Lecturers are responsible for teaching and expected to have a strong commitment to and proven ability to teach foundational mathematics courses, including, but not limited to, introductory math courses and calculus. The professional duties will include instruction, office hours, and attending college and school faculty meetings. We seek candidates who have knowledge of and experience with active learning pedagogies, which play an important role in our coursework.
