The application portal for the 2026 RIT Future Faculty Career Exploration Program is now open! We are seeking advanced PhD or MFA candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in higher education.
We’re excited to offer another year of this immersive four-day program, which provides participants with an exclusive, behind the scenes look at what it’s like to be a faculty member in higher education. During the Program, participants will engage with RIT administrators, faculty, and students; strengthen interview and job talk skills; and explore the research, teaching, and service expectations of RIT faculty roles.
