We are looking for an Academic Administrator to serve as the Academic Director for the Program for Excellence in Education and Research in the Sciences or PEERS. PEERS is a program that successfully retains first generation and underserved life and physical sciences majors at UCLA.
There are over 400 freshmen and sophomores in PEERS and we need someone who is passionate about student success. The Academic Director leads the freshman course, the collaborative learning program, and the management of our team of counselors and student services advisers. The Academic Administration also oversees a series of research entry summer courses and activities.
