Director of Pedagogy
The Director of Pedagogy will manage the design, development, and implementation of innovative, inclusive, evidence-informed pedagogical programming in support of faculty and instructors. The individual in this role will be in a position to make a significant impact on pedagogical programs at the University of Chicago.
Associate Director of STEM Pedagogy
The Associate Director of STEM Pedagogy will have the opportunity to design, develop, and manage new pedagogy initiatives at the CCTL to support faculty and instructors in STEM and other quantitative and experimental programs and departments. The individual in this role will be in a position to make a significant impact on STEM pedagogy at the University of Chicago and will collaborate on new initiatives at the university that are focused diversity and inclusion in STEM.
Assistant Director of Assessment and Scholarship
The Assistant Director of Assessment and Scholarship will have the opportunity to design, develop, and manage two new initiatives at the CCTL: (1) the CCTL’s data portfolio and assessment of the Center’s programs and services, and (2) programs and services to support faculty and instructors in efforts to generate knowledge about teaching and learning and ways to share this knowledge with others at the University and beyond. The ideal candidate for this position will be interested in designing programs and resources to assess how educational development contributes to student learning.
