Rochester Institute of Technology has two open lecturer positions, a Visiting Lecturer and a Lecturer in Mathematics and Statistics at The School of Mathematics and Statistics (SMS).

Visiting Lecturer
The School of Mathematics and Statistics (SMS) at the Rochester Institute of Technology invites applications for one or more non-tenure track full-time Visiting Lecturers starting in August 2024. Visiting Lecturers are responsible for teaching and expected to have a strong commitment to and proven ability to teach foundational undergraduate courses, which include, but are not limited to, precalculus, calculus, and probability and statistics. The professional duties will include instruction, office hours, and attending college and school faculty meetings.
PhD. in mathematics, statistics, or a related field, with one or more years of demonstrated excellence in teaching university-level mathematics courses in an English speaking environment. Will consider applicants with a Master’s degree with demonstrated teaching excellence.
